Out of those 1200 or so spoons flashers flies plugs meat rigs etc, I wonder how many were actually different. Like was there 250 bloody noses, 340 hot lips, 232 blue jeans, etc.
Wonder what it would look like to a scuba diver in the morning laying on the bottom?

I don't think your allowed to post fishing reports on this site, better to just send out 8,000 pms to every one so the lurkers don't see it :-)

not only laughing salmon, but probably dizzy from watching all the spinning going on and not to mention all the bombing of down rigger balls! We had this conversation on the boat the Friday of the K/D when there were 4-5 footers and all the boats were in close quarters trolling the same way.

Pfm, Your comments are very unfair. I know a lot of great charter captains. Many of them will go out of their way to help out a fellow fisherman with info on the bite and when they have a breakdown on the water. Most of the guys that only fish this water once or twice a year do not realize how dangerous it can be in the fog. They also have no idea how far the long copper and lead lines are behind the boards pulling them. I think a lot of the fishermen think they are trolling for walleyes and if they get a bite they have to do a 180 to get back on "the spot" and that leads to them tangling their own spread while cutting off someone else's. This sums up my thoughts well. A little courtesy & common sense go a long way.

Well Rick, that kinda sum's it up. The problem is that common sense is not very common anymore. Rossco
