Annual trip produced some nice fishing when could get boat out. Winds kept most fisherman off the lake this week. The times I could get my 17 foot boat out we caugth some nice Kings!! 16-17lbs etc.
Have not seen to many Frankfort reports this year and I know why...Water is in a funk...really cold or really warm...guys were loadin up or not catching a thing..Fish are hungry but spooked...sooo if you are going the bite is for about 1.5 hrs ( in the morning and evening.
Glow spoons on riggers 80-130 foot down...MAG dipsies 150 back.....I did catch some using 12 color lead with a torpeo..alot of fun...that gadget really works great. The hot bait for me was shoe horn mack and cheese mag and moon glow dr. k glow regular size. Meat rigs were hot on other boats as well as glow plugs
Good luck!!!!
