Ended up with two steelhead and one king 3/3
1 king was caught on carmel dolphin slider around noon
1 Steelhead was caught on small silver j-plug dipsie 115 back 2.5 setting
1 Steelhead was caught on camel dolphin magnum
We trolled three hours before first release. Thanks to radio chatter we changed
spoons. J plug paid off! hey it works on Indiana stock rainbows!
We did speed up a bit and when we finally marked fish we caught em!!!
Water temp was still cold in close but the fish were not there in numbers...they were finicky today..boats had fish or not.
50 to 55 feet seemed to work best. There really was NO hot spot where the fish were today! Just had to wait our turn!
