If you think your alone in the amount of fish harvest over the last few year,YOUR NOT!There was a room full of fishermen from up and down the west shore,a couple even showed up from east side. Some were very vocal in criticizing past DNR stocking techniques.The second issue raise over and over,was the fear of decimating the offshore steelhead population.Up till now it has had little fishing pressure.

The DNR is looking for input an stated that there was just over 100 emails sent after the spring meeting. I hope a few guys here take the time to write an email with your thoughts, experiences, or ideas for the future.  |

I don't understand the constant criticism of the DNR. They seem to be doing a fine job managing the future of the fishery.

Go to a meeting and listen to a few opinions of other fishermen. You may understand some criticism then.
