Fished on 7/3, from 4:30pm until dark, started in 150 feet and fished out to 220 feet, kept working that the whole night. Got 1 nice king about 15 pounds right away, only had half the rods setup, that was fun. Then just continued to catch one here and there, all on spoons, running 3.0mph GPS speed. Finished the night going 7 for 11, came in with 1 king, 1 lake trout, and 5 rainbows.
180 feet seemed like the best depth with most our fish coming in that area.
Setups that I remember taking fish:
Purple and Black spoon out 80 feet on Dipsey #1 setting.
Watermelon spoon on 3 color on planer board.
Gold spoon out 100 feet on Dipsey #3 setting.
Blue and Glow spoon out 80 feet on Dipsey #1 setting.
Think I'm forgetting a few, because the gold spoon was the only one to take 2 fish.
No real pattern that we saw.
