I haven't tested this yet, but I've seen a few people on Youtube with success and have read it on multiple boards. 31-40 ct cooked shrimp, 4-7' under a bobber.

I'd have to imagine they'd hit something moving though, maybe bright colored spinners?

was out yesterday and got a chance to talk to dnr. he said that there were a few fish in the system but they haven't really started to show up in numbers yet. the above mentioned tactic will definitely take fish as it has been very productive for me. gl and let us know how you do.
