Anyone even tried the hole in the wall or the canal lately for browns? If the pond is mean in the morning I might just try around the rocks instead of heading out deep. Would steelhead be around these area's this early? Thanks!

Good luck. A few years ago on a hot day we trolled in the Harber in Frankfort...expecting to catch small mouth and pike..cold water moved in and we caught several kings..one weighed 26lbs....Browns are usually caught during the winter like lakers..Good luck
