Managed to get out for an afternoon trip at St Joseph. The waves weren't too bad for a change and the fish were biting . Ended up 5 for 8 - kept 4 nice Kings and released a Laker. The best action for me was in about 98 ft of water down 50 to 75 on riggers. Magnum spoons in bright colors worked best for me. The Kings were 14lb - 11lb - 8lb -4lb. Lost a really nice Brown right behind the boat and had a ripper on a full core run the line counter from 525 to 850 ft before saying so long! Spoke with another boat at the launch before going out and they had a 4 man limit, but it was mostly smaller Coho - they were fishing from 120 to 140 ft. Be careful in the river going out - they are dredging and making navigation difficult-lots of shallow spots and sand piles
