When the waves aren't horrendous it is possible to find Perch but they are not in big schools like they used to be. SE of the Harbor in 55-65 fow is a good place to start. I watched a boat on Tuesday, as I trolled for Salmon, using his trolling motor to sit on a school. He was doing very well and the fish were not dinks. By the way the Salmon fishing was pretty good too. Hopefully the weather will improve so keep the faith.
