Is anyone doing any good out of Northpoint. All the good fishing seems to be down south. Don't those coho's like northerners?

They are getting them down by the ComEd plant. Go south and you will get into them.

Coho are being caught up to racine. Some boats are casting and taking big numbers.

Got out of Winthrop for the first run this morning with a three man crew. Wa started in 40 FOW and heading east, after a little over an hour without a bump we pulled lines and headed too 190 FOW (because of a previous report report) and we were bit right away. We over shot 190 and set up in 200. Most of the fish were caught in 200 FOW 75 down. Two dipsys went two times each set at 3, 55 , and 75 down (mono). We ran all orange dodgers and peanuts with the exception of our deep rigger, with the most active being green crinkle or black ant. We ran one rig down deep with a wonder bread dodger and green fly it never went.

How's the salmon fishing out of North Point this season? I plan to be up the end of May and was wondering if the salmon fishing was running early this year?
