Are you talking about limits? If so, what's been the program?

Fished south pier yesterday 31 fish on landed 23. Sounds like you had a really good day. I enjoyed reading your report, but then I wondered, if the fish you returned to the water were bleeding ?If they were, they will probably die , although you had a real fine day ,I wondered if you knew this. I myself find out about this when I was a member of the local steelheaders club. We had a guest speaker at the monthly meeting once, it happened to be a DNR fish biologist. This is where I learned about fresh caught fish that bleed after the catch will die. Considering the 5 fish bag limit for salmon it would be wise to stop after the limit of fish is reached, so no other fish will be wasted, and then other fisherman will have a chance thru out the year to catch these fine tasty fish.
