I know the weather has been bad, but has there been any perch action around Portage or MC yet? If so what depth and bait? Thanks!

went out fri and got only two on minows in 47 ft they should be coming in any time now. Good luck and good fishing

went out sunday before church....drifted the mouth in front of the "castle"...to 44 fow...no hits...went to doughnut...began in the hole just east of it and drifted to 44 fow..one small perch at 25 fow....went to the troughs by dune acres...no hits...coming back did drift at the blow-out...no hits...back at mouth of ditch by 8":30....one boat was fishing the mouth i asked if any luck...nope....steve

All we caught last sunday by boaters beach area was gobies! No perch at all yet. I will keep posting after the next trips out.

out at mc today 34 feet of water 4 nice keepers rest dinks . hopefully get out monday.

Out of Burns Harbor 3/30, no perch. Tried the mouth of the ditch, donut, and Gary lighthouse. Soon...

fished early...got one nice perch in 14fow...same as sunday...then a few dinks....went to donut...no hits...another boat hit the trough off dune acres...no hits....finished at mouth of ditch...came in with two dinks and one nice one...steve
