Fished the Port of Indiana this morning ; did a zig zag troll over the reef Down riggers where down 14 feet ( cause the reef comes up to 15 feet in 40 ish feet of water) Got 2 out of 4 using cow bells and spin in glows one was 10 lbs female and one 8 lbs. male. Also ran spoons and big body baits. Speed was a very slow 1.5 mph. Lake was fishable with 3 foot rollers. Also saw perch fishermen at the northwest cornor of the port breakwall; looked like a slow bit...no big ones . So I guess the Lakes are in but a slow bite. But our weather is turning bad.

I fished on Thursday at the port from 1 pm to 3:30. Caught my limit of perch in 43 ft. Biggest was 14". Lots of 8-10" fish. Bring plenty of bait because of the Gobies. Rat bastards!

baby roaches. I finished with a rattle buckshoot spoon in silver / red trebble hook. I use this ice fishing for active fish.
