talk about FANTASTIC customer service!!!! My sub troll was on the fritz. After a couple calls to moor for advice on what to check we determined that the antenna was the culpritt. I put in the order monday at 430 pm and my new antenna, wire and klincher arrived about 10 minutes ago!!!!
MOOR ROCKS!!!!

They do have great service!! When I had a problem with mine I called and actually was able to talk to a real live person who knew what he was talking about without having to sit on hold forever.  |

Ditto. My display did a swan dive off the side if my boat onto the concrete floor. It appeared to be working. Ended up the speed display broke. After a couple of calls to them wondering what was wrong. They called me back on a Saturday just to see if what they said to try was working.
