Eyes, update:
Started at Geanos' Beach, clear water, too clear, worked out to 10 fow hooked the dandy 23" in the picture, gill plate was broke but healing…. two passes later nothing
Powered over to Geanos reef.... super gin clear water...fished a short period, when three boats left, we pulled and powered over to Bay Shore.....
set in 10 fow, dirty water and worked in close…. We were the only boats in the area, i set here to avoid traffic, had 3 short hits, and boated one walter, made two more passes...nothing other than a couple sheeps, worked out deeper and got caught up on some super looking structure, fished all day marking bait switching around etc, calm flat and hot sun on the water....with an hour left decided to pull and go back in shallow...bingo... smacked another away from boat traffic…lesson get away from other boats
More turkey hunting in the AM on Thursday…man I got life by the tail…soon I’ll be out of ‘goma chasing Kings
