Caught a 4lbs Pink Salmon out of Kewaunee on a bird. In around 120fow about a half before sunset. Nice surprise since I've never caught one before. Anchorman I took one of those lucky horseshoes from you. Returned it though. Lol!

Growing up on lake superior we would do everything we could to AVOID catching them. They are more suicidal than cohos. Run a 9 line spread through a school of pinks and all 9 rods will go off every time.

Steve is right. Except it was more like dragging small pinks than lines going off

Haha we drug this one for a bit. We were running 5 color I believe and he was along for the ride. Not a bad catch when no one else that came in with caught anything more than 1. Lol

Minnesotas north shore would have millions of those annoying pinks some years. Mainly odd years. They would average 12"-14" and you would never know when you had them on. Ok to eat fresh, not great. Frozen.... Blech.
