I read in the Minneapolis Star Tribune today that this morning/last night there was a fire at the City marina in Algoma. According to the story 5 boats were destroyed or badly damaged.
I hope nobody was hurt. Anyone have any more details?

I got $100 to contribute to a fund for Brett and his people at Kinns... Anyone know how to set a fund like this up... I know their insurance won't cover all of this kind of loss ..JP

Reports indicate no one was injured. Three Kinn's boats sank.

Kinn's Katch II, Obsession, Obsession II, and Big Daddy were totaled. Also private boat "Lucky Strike" a Baha Crusiers 277 was totaled. Tuna, a former Kinn's captain, was the hero. He rolled though the marina, saw smoke, woke the mates that were sleeping on the boats, called 911, and they moved other boats out of the blaze.
