Great day on the water today.First trip of the year and couldn't ask for better weather. The fish were very willing also. 10/14 with the deepest bite on 5 color. All bites on spoons, yellow, orange, red or combo's of those colors. Best for us was 235 to 265. Took the salmon at 10:30 on 2 color 'orange hammered. Guy at the marina said the boats coming in all did very good also.

I went 4 for 6 fishing solo. Best rod was a 10 color with a standard size pearl Yek. Steelhead, coho and small king. Went straight east of Algoma, started in 180, trolled out to 300 and back to 200. Rough water on Sat. flat on Sunday. Off to a good start. Boats came in to Captain K's with lots of fish.

Thanks for the reports guys. Sounds like fishing is hot in Algoma.
