Looked for ya in the Top 20 but not this year eh SteveO Just giving you the bizz as your group has done very well in the past couple of years. Anyone from Kewaunee get a big one this year? Algoma was dam tough fishing for most everyone I talked to including the charters. Lots of skunks & 1 fish catches during the tourney. Our group did terrible on big fish this year & never even registered 1 fish. The captain (me) took a lot of abuse as most days we had 2 or 3 fish in 6 plus hours of angling. I hope others did better than me so post up how you did in the 2014 KD tourney.

K/D tally ... 9 30 packs and 1 and a bit bottles of rum .. NO vodka ...WTH few bar runs ... did well on fish in the first part of the week but the latter part sucked .. Fish and Game were at the cleaning station ..said "We don't need to look at any more rainbows we have met our quota" speaks volumes. Biggest fish we stuck was 18+ .. How can you stick rainbows on a meat rig @ 120 and a 3 color within minutes? I think it was Tuesday when I asked my brother "Wonder if Shopko still has long underwear for sale?". Had a interesting night playing chicken with a Charter .. We were the chicken. Thank God for good friends ... I'll stick the big one next K/D

We ended up with 34 fish from Wednesday - Sunday. Most fish came on 3 and 7 colors with proking mags. Water was cold, especially Sunday when it bottomed out at 43 degree surface in 60 fow. Only fished the mornings and spent the rest of the day with the family on top if the hill at the campground. Biggest fish was 17. Most we're 2-3 yr olds. Couple greasers and a few rainbows. Had a good time, I guess that's what matters the most

Fished the whole week (Sat.-Sat.) out of Kewaunee with My Dad and Uncle Sam. Fishing was tough with many hours on the water with just a few fish per day including one skunk on Thursday. We were able to find a few to register, two 19+ fish and one at 20.89. Highlights of the week (aside from spending quality time with Dad and Uncle) was fishing with Red Rider and Matty, plus I always enjoy the camaraderie with Gilligan, Scrapper, Anchorman, Phishy, Salty, Jeff, Terry, Cody, Mike and many others that were camping at and around Kewaunee. Will post a video soon.
