My friend Rich from central lower Michigan sometimes has work assignments in Green Bay and when he does he always asks me to take him fishing. Well all the stars aliened and I actually got him out on an NFN adventure yesterday (picked a great day to break in a Newbee ). Plus Cody (Blackout) was able to join in on the fun Mother nature was kind enough to keep the real heavy winds to the south long enough for us to go 12 for 14 300 copper with a Atomic Mellon RV was the stud rod. Meat rigs on the riggers (100 feet & 60 ish) also did well. Best area was 200fow to 280fow Had a great time with some good buds. Cody and I worked real well together setting line and keeping Rich occupied. Highlight of the trip was a quadruple right before dark. Plus had the best parking spot at the public boat landing!!!! video is posted below

Nice video Nick, how big is your pro V? Looks like a great rig! it's a 1900 = 19.75' For great lakes fishing I did disconnect and plugged up the rear live-well to keep weight down in the rear of the boat.

Thanks for sharing that great day of fishing and super hook up rate. I wish you guys would quit posting all the reports with spoons with RV tape. I've got a few hundred spoons and zero RV tape. Wish I could find some and doctor some old ones. I did tape up some old regular size Raiders into "Dirty Oz" and it's been taking more fish than anything the last 3 outings including all 3 of my silver fish yesterday out of 10 boxed.

I'm looking at making my first big boat purchase and the used pro V has me interested. I like the rear casting deck for musky as well seem like a good dual purpose boat. Any other advice or experiences with the boat would be much appreciated.

Bluegills to Salmon and all in-between, has over a 120 mile range on a full tank of gas so you could go to Michigan and come back if you wanted to.
