Looked like everybody was out past 200 today but we have a helluva west blow today. I'd start wherever the surface temps suggest there's cold water. Thermocline for us in SB has been like 35-40 feet down so there will be some magic water in Algoma too.

Things could change pretty quickly with this blow, depending how long it stays west vs. NW. But even if it cools dramatically inside or at minimum raises the thermocline, I'd guess there will still be the most consistent fishing where it's been for quite a while: 170-470+. Many boats working 200-400 daily with a few going farther.
There will of course be fish inside as well, and hopefully cooler water will get them more active.
Where in the water column could change (higher, at least first hour inside and all day outside), but I'd begin by targeting 40-90 down afternoon/eve for the most part with a mix of flies and spoons (and plugs and/or cut bait if you like those too), and 30-60 down early morning.
