I've been running 12lb balls and getting some major blow back (as I like to troll a little hot). I priced them in Madison and they were $62 a piece! Are they really that much now? Or Salty, what are your prices? PM me so the tread doesn't get pulled.

Salty......
Have you ever had the notion to dip and coat your rigger weights with red rubber??
You wont have a blow back problem with his self-made weights ---- excellent quality and well engineered!

I read on another site that rubber coated balls after a while will give off a foul oder due to water getting traped behind the rubber and canging temps in the sun when not being used.
Makes sence to me.

I always thought it would be a bad idea to leave your balls out in the sun too long!

i've decided for the upcoming holiday to give away 10 --- yes 10, 12 1/2lb "Salty's Balls" downrigger weights to the first 10 people that send me a pm-- all you pay is $45 shipping and handling (local pick up only) and if you act now i will personally include (at no charge to you) a 4-6 hr class aboard your boat "salty's balls" and how to run them
