this year I'm running 2 (big daddy) Z- boards on 9&10 color lead, and they work great. has any one used the smaller ones? how do they work?? thanks, Komo

this year I'm running 2 (big daddy) Z- boards on 9&10 color lead, and they work great. has any one used the smaller ones? how do they work?? thanks, Komo Yikes........I am probably the wrong one to ask.......ran them aboard my friend Jason's boat and they were very difficult to tune to make them run properly......no matter how the arm was adjusted the board dove hard into the water.....not impressed! He has since put them up on Craig's List and vowed to use nothing but Yellow Birds every again.......I cant argue with him because I saw how poorly they tracked with my own eyes..... I am sure there are people who have them that have had a totally different experience with them --- just wanted to report my findings....

They ran awesome when Komo brought his along on my boat last week!!
Brent, does he still have the z boards for sale? What size did he have?

He has the smaller ones....forgot what the name is for them....equivalent to a Yellow Bird in size.....
I believe he has four boards (two port and two starboard) still available....I will check with him later today to see if he still for sure has them....

I also heard the smaller ones were difficult to pop when you wanted them to. I just wanted more info on them?? thanks!

ran mine last week in port and they worked great,had 450ft of copper on one and it pulled nice,I didnt run the little sister yet. if your having problems releasing, set the line in a little weeker and it should pop.
