Well once again I hate the fog... Arrived in Port about 12:20 pm With the family. Met the Clam in the parking lot and had a chance to visit with him. The fog was lifting and visibility was at least a mile. This was a shakedown trip so I was not really ready to go and did not have a spread ready to start so it took a little longer to get set up. I am setting up the fog decides to roll in again leaving visibility to a couple hundred yards, not too bad. Had the spread set up by about 2:30. Sub Troll issues still not resolved. Could not buy a bite for the first hour so I decided to do some changes... I had learned that the 2 and 4 color decided that it was mating season and did a very fine entangling ritual.... I was able to prevent them from turning into multiple baby leadcores! WHEW!! as the day progressed the fog got thicker and decided to pull the pin at 5:30... Since my sub troll is still on the fritz active speed was 2.4 SOG... Final tally 5-5 1-1 shad brad's thin fish 75 loc mono board (coho) 1-1 Green with scallop tape regular size pro-king 3 color (10 lb. King) 1-1 00 orange dodger with med green/sliver fly Dypsie 50 loc (coho) 2-2 Fishlander Sister sledge Dypsie 75 loc (shaker king and rainbow) Did I mention how much I hate fog!!!

It was so foggy when I drove up there yesterday, you couldn't see the water from the launch! Glad you were able to get out and catch some Luke!

Luke.....
It was great seeing you on and off the water on Saturday.....I thought the fog was going to dissipate, but it returned less than an hour after the initial break and I was out there with Jason, Pete and Mark.....
You popped some nice fish, and I hope Jordan was happy to get back out there and reel a few in.....
We managed to go 6 for 8 in our couple of hours out there in Jason's boat, with one decent king, three rainbows and two coho......
Hope you come back to Port soon when the fish are in a little more and the action heats up ----- Congrats to you , June and Jordan for getting that first trip in with your newly set up downrigger platform --- it looked great in person, and I hope you find that bug in your Moor 900 subtroll before the next trip!
