Fished in the fog this afternoon/evening and went 1 for2. We landed a nice rainbow in 155' on a 6 color leadcore with a pink alewife PK spoon. Later in 145' the same board went back with what I thought was a small fish until I got the board almost to the boat. Then it turned and took slow, steady drag for about 100' and came undone before I even got to see it. Oh well, at least the rainbow put on a nice display with at least 10 big jumps. The fog was getting thicker by evening and the waves were building so we headed in a little early and made it to the pierheads just after dark. Water temp was 49-50 from 100' to 225' on top and about 44 on the probe everywhere I checked.
