Had the pleasure of fishing with Pike Preacher out of Racine this AM.
We ended the morning 11 for 22 (maybe more) with 4 bows and the rest coho's. We lost some dandy rainbows (several at the back of the boat) and many that hooked up for a minute or less.
50' and 150 copper were the most productive with spoons (I'll let the captain share his secrets if he wishes). Overall, the spoon bite was best with very little action on flasher/fly combos.
We fished 140-170; Depthraider speed of 2.1-2.4
A beautiful morning on the lake and great company!
Next time out will be Saturday AM with Jacklay and Kaveman (my dad).
Good luck!

Very nice Aqua: Looks like YOUR catch rate percentage is improving.

Mike sounds like you had a lot of action, and a lot of fun!!!!! when you have 22 hits, a 50% landing rate still makes for a very great day!!!
my trip to duluth in the AM got cancelled due to weather. That is twice in the last two weeks, and I still havn'e been out yet
