So what is your best guess for the winning weight of the 2011 KD Salmon Tourney? Reviewing the KD website the last winner over 30 lbs. was in 2003 with a 32.12lb. With larger kings being caught this year my guess is 32.50. Of course with my guess & a dollar you can buy a can of pop One prediction I'm confident in is that a 16.34 won't get into the payout as in 2010. Maybe 2011 will be the year we return to the "old days" when it took a 19+ to even get into 200th place. Your thoughts???

Over 33 for top dog and real close to 25 to make the pay out, at least a 23 and change.

Common on SteveO-who knows isn't a guess Quite a range of opinions so far-from 29+ to 36lbs. Should be interesting to look back at this thread on 8/1 & see who's the closest.

OK .. a 25ish fish but it has 6LBS> of herring in it's belly to win .. 31ish It will remain a mystery for years as to where all that size herring came from .. Is that OK Walker?

^^^^^^ Much better-You get an A+ After that herring comment, all fish from Kewaunee will need an autopsy

I hope anchorman is right as we will again be fishing the island area for the last 5 days of the tourney. I will say 31.77lbs for top and 19lbs for a check.
